so Im reading this book, in the series which has devolved into chick.com novels, and I come across this statement:

". . . You obviously beleive what you beleive. Thats impressive, Ill give you that. Misguided, but impressive. Thats the problem with religious extremists."
"Oh, thats what we are?" She said.
"Of course."
"Youd like to lump us with people who kill in the name of their faith, wouldn't you?"
"You're as extreme as they come, ma'am."
"We dont kill people who disagree with us. We dont erect statues of our God everywhere and require by law that everyone bow and scrape before them three times a day. We offer the truth, show people the way, call them to God. But we don't force them."

after reading 3000 pages of god's wrath on the heathens, I found this so funny I fell off my chair.

Who was the non-idiot side of the argument? I lost all interest in Left Behind as soon as it degenerated into a fundie wankfest...

some security guard. Ive always been annoyed with the non fundies in the series. every single one of them is incomptent.

as it stands now, I would make a better interrogater, polictian, or pr guy.
