That one is already law, and has already been used to destroy some projects (like an opensource DVD player for Linux) and incarcerate some russian guy who made a program that removed protection from Acrobat, so you could, like, print a PDF that has been set to No Printing (you can password protect them for several things: no editing, no saving as, no printing, etc). Very fucked up, he made that program in Russia (where at least the "no printing" part would be illegal, since you should at the very least be able to have a hard copy of an electronic document).The FBI waited for him at a hackers conference in the US, and arrested him indefinitely with no access to anyone or his family, etc
