Theres a campaign in the medical profession to get MDMA (ecstacy) into the prescription only hard drug class, like Meth Amphetamine and Morphine.

A typical dose includes 5mg in tablet form, 3 glowsticks of various colours, and atleast one pacifier.

First I've heard of this. Its reminds me of LSD, which started out with clinical research before being rejected as unsafe and finding its way onto the street and Russian weapons. This is something of the reverse or could be.

Actually its not, MDMA was originally a fully legal prescription therapeutic drug, but made illegal for similar reasons (recreational use, etc).
