The existing one is bad enough, example, there is a mentally handicapped guy in California serving 25 years to life for calling 911 three times while out of medication. What you propose is even more insane.
*sigh* Well of course there are exceptions to every rule. People who are suffering from lack of medication, psychotic episodes, or other such things that are beyond their control and inhibit their ability to think straight would not be included in such an exception group.

I'm talking about people who knowingly and willingly break the law repeatedly. Just as an example: People who continue to drink and drive despite being busted numerous times should be eliminated outright.
Question, have you got any pirated software/music/films on your PC? Do you have three. Congratulations... you're on death row.
Believe it or not, that suits me just fine.

There is no excuse for repeated littering.

No idea what the patriot act is.

And Jaywalking is not illegal (here anyway)

And neither is Anal sex (nor is there any reason why it should be)

Various US southern states. Similarly owning a sex toy is illegal in Utah.(poss among others) as is being a homosexual.

*shrugs* In the 24 years I've lived here I've never seen anyone prosecuted or even stopped by an officer about it. If you walk into traffic in front of a moving vehicle though that tends to reap it's own justice.

Yeah. And California there's a state law that says animals are banned from mating publicly within 1,500 feet of a tavern, school, or place of worship, in San Francisco "It is illegal to wipe one's car with used underwear.." (Disgusting, but a stupid law nonetheless) And in Chico California "Detonating a nuclear device within the city limits results in a $500 fine."

Aka they are Dumb laws that should've been taken off the books years or decades ago. There are far too many of these around that need to be erased from the books.

The anti sex toy laws in utah were passed recently and they intend to enforce them.

Same with anti-pornography laws.

Really??? hmmm...

Well at this point I would suggest we take this to private messages. This is not what this thread was intended to discuss.

Ancaris, are you fucking out of your mind? Why is littering three times deserving of the *death penalty*?

Do you really want that question answered?

It's no less a crime than shop lifting or driving drunk. Not to mention when I go outside and head to the mountains, I like to enjoy them in all their natural beauty (what's left of it anyhow), not have to spend my camping trip picking up other people's garbage cause they were too lazy to dispose of it properly.

I don't imagine you can say it pleases you to see garbage littering your town/city streets and highways, backyards, local parks, or wherever it appears. It certainly doesn't me.

Just because people are lazy and careless does not make it excusable. If there's actually a stiff punishment for it, maybe people will think twice before they do it. If they do it anyhow, then they'll have to pay the consequences like everyone else.

Dumbass, ever heard of "cruel and unusual punishment"? Because that's what you're proposing. Many minor crimes do not warrant the death penalty, or even jail time for that matter.
[Littering] is no less a crime than shop lifting or driving drunk.
You have serious cognitive problems if you think littering is on the same magnitude of shop lifting and drunk driving.

Yes, I believe I do know what you are referencing.

As for forced organ donation of condemned criminals, I can definately see some possibilities to it. Might as well allow a dead criminal to walk up a piece at a time in people that need it.

Wouldn't that be poetic justice, to force a convicted murderer to give the gift of life?
I suggest nitrogen asphyxiation, which allows for organs to be harvested while killing prisoners quickly and painlessly.

As far as i'm concerned, there is no such thing as "cruel and unusual" punishment.
Because that's what you're proposing. Many minor crimes do not warrant the death penalty, or even jail time for that matter.
That is your opinion, not mine.
You have serious cognitive problems if you think littering is on the same magnitude of shop lifting and drunk driving.
For the less severe crimes you can be executed relatively painlessly (firing squad or hanging. More severe crimes, such as rape or taking another persons life, you should be torchered greviously for several hours before your death - So you feel just a part of what your victems may have experienced.
