The interesting thing about driving is that it's the only part of life in which most people feel perfectly justified in flaming someone for being an idiot. Everywhere else in life, you're not allowed to insult someone for being stupid; it somehow makes you an elitist or something.

Hell, my driving instructor taught me how to swear correctly while driving.

Mind you, he also taught me the correct technique for that other important aspect of driving: perving at chicks walking down the road.

The interesting thing is that hands-free cellphones don't seem to pose a lesser risk than handheld cellphones. It's the mental distraction rather than the physical encumbrance of the phone which causes the problem.

Indeed; I'm just amused it's better to drive drunk than chatting on the cell phone.

Mind you I have been pulled over with a car full of drunks playing Ozzy and Alice at 3am. Officer, I have 3 folks left to deliver to their homes, it's Saturday morning and I am the Designated driver. No you can't ask them to leave the car, as long as their in my car they are on my private property, if they leave the car they can be arrested for drunk in public.
What am I on?, nothing except a lot of Caffine. *Lifts up 24 oz coffee cup* want some?
