Every bad memory from the past coming to haunt me, pain, and fat, ugly, naked people making out and farting a lot.

I imagine it might be a series of those dreams where things seem normal, but shit goes wrong, like you're late for work or something. That would get really annoying.

Either that, or razorblades shoved up your asshole, while vomit and feces are forced down your throat.

But really, I find the concept of being conscious for eternity to be quite silly, and I can't take any afterlife seriously.
