What I mean is, if you, for instance, took an equation involving quantum interactions of two particles, and to made the distance between those two particles <1 planck length, how does that affect the outcome of the equation, etc.

The equation becomes useless in predicting reality because we don't understand how the Universe works on those scales. Okay? It's a big question mark.

As for the other part of your question, on the planck scale pretty much everything happens at the speed of light.
