Kathryn strikes me as either a fundie housewife with too much time on her hands, or a dumbass in college who isn't doing to well in her classes.

I've read through all of the various threads people linked to from here, and they are painful beyond words. How do you debate people who refuse to address your points, and instead resort to "I'm right, you're wrong?"

That site seems to be all kids. It would take a looooonnnggg time to get through to them because they would have to be taught critical thinking first. However if someone was willing to spend the time and was good at being approachable and convincing without making them feel martyred enough to dig their heels in and say "Well I BELIEVE and you're wrong", then it's possible to reach them of course.

In fact...the more I think about it, you might even reach them FASTER than the idiot adults who have entrenched fallacies in their head.

Why is it these single-digit idiots insist on putting in a happy, '50's-fare background that makes the foreground hard to read. FIRST RULE OF WEB-DESIGN: THE BG SHALL NOT INTERFERE WITH THE CONTENT! Of course, it doens't help that the bg is a bunch of asshats in dorky costumes, plus what looks like a runaway from a furvert convention. Very interesting. Your observation can only lead us to believe that she's stupid. However, there are two specific possibilities of the stupidity in question. Either she's too dumb to write an infinite loop in Javascript, or she's too dumb to copy and paste an infinitely looping Javascript script.

Yeah, I noticed that. Their parents were probably the idiots who supported adding the "Evolution is only a theory..." stickers into all biology textbooks in the Cobb County School District a few years ago. Only recently were they removed.

See, the reason why creationists nowadays get owned by scientists nowadays when they debate is because scientists now do their homework. It really pays off, because these fundies use arguments passed down from on old, like their moldy beliefs, so the well-prepared scientist can answer the questions creationists ask before the idiots can finish.

That is exactly why I am trying to post regularly at the +eteamrevolution.net forums. On a side note, the assholes who go there to beat up on the idiots and mock them are counterproductive to my intent, and I'm becoming rather pissed at certain people.
