In a debate, Hovind would just interrupt his opponent, be a nuisance, and use other dishonest attacks, and after the frustrated opponent decides he'd have a smarter conversation with a goldfish, and runs out, Hovind will declare victory. After all, he probably knows he couldn't win a debate he hasn't rigged.
