I had the same thing happen to me, that is using Breast milk as creamer without realizing it.

It was pretty good as a creamer...

A lot of the reason that we drink cow milk and, on occasion, goat milk, has everything to do with domestication. For starters, anyone who's ever tasted straight-from-the-udder cow milk won't confuse it for the stuff you get in your grocery store.

Like everything else to do with agriculture, we've domesticated the cow based on our preferences. We breed them to produce more milk, and yes, we breed according to taste. If one cow or group of cows produce milk that we find tastier, we breed them heavily and weed out the ones we don't like. It's not surprising cow milk is preferred; it's the result of thousands of years of manipulation across the globe.
