GM cows produce human milk

Aside from the use as an alternative to breast milk, I imagine that assuming the milk proteins in this are more like human milk than cow milk, this will prove to be reasonably popular in a country where a large portion of the population is dairy intolerant.

Human milk is actually higher in lactose (the sugar which causes intolerance to dairy products) than cow milk. Lactose intolerance is actually the norm among mammals, since it's a mechanism that evolved to encourage the weaning process.
