Better: tell her you ARE a homosexual, and had sex with her because your friends were paying you.

I think you all may be going a little bit overboard on these suggestions. Given that we know nothing about this girl other than:

A. She's related to that asshole Fred Phelps

B. There's a picture of her carrying a very nasty sign (Does anyone have a date on that picture? I tried clicking the link to go back to the article, but it didn't work for me.)

I would at least try to find out what SHE thinks before slandering her/telling everyone else about her. Hell, maybe she's left the fold since that picture was taken. I would recommend trying to talk to her alone at some point and just asking her if she is related to Freddy and what she thinks about what he preaches.

Of course, if she does agree with Freddy, then let the games begin

mjn6172, I don't have a date for the picture. It couldn't have been too long ago, considering the other sign referred to the Columbia explosion.

But in one of my earlier posts, I referred to a quote from Libby Phelps in an article just last month. I'll re-link it for you.

Here.

It's an article about the protests Phelps was holding at the funerals of dead soldiers. Here's what Libby had to say:
Libby Phelps, aspiring bigot wrote:"They're fighting for a fag country," said Libby Phelps, 22, a granddaughter of Fred Phelps who protested in Smyrna. "There's nothing heroic or prideful about that. ... God put us here to preach the word."
The article is dated 8/28/05 - just a little under a month ago. I seriously doubt she's changed her views in the past month.
