I wonder if anyone has ever actually done that, or if it is just a crazy urban myth of the fucked up sexual hijinks type. I mean, I'm a pretty terrible person, and I knew about it before, but reading that still made me kinda queazy. So everyone should ask around and see if we can find any actual cases of "munging" or if we should put this back in the closet behind the babysitter on LSD that microwaved the baby.
