got something more highbrow then my usual assortment of bloody murder and sci-fi to be reading during my breaks...
yes, I make my co-workers wonder.
some of the stupider ones think I may be psychic, as I have an annoying talent for reconstucting sceens of accidents, figuring out what's going to happen with politics/world events etc.
why because history repeats constantly, we just re-write it to pretend it doesn't.
This is why history is important.

I just got done writing a ten page paper on the history of the Ottoman Empire. I love writing research papers like this. Afterwords I just sit back and go whoah when I realize all the various influences whatever had on whatever. Understanding how the past affects the present is almost a mental high for me.
