As far as I know, people have always been able to disable comments.

I would say to make your own and directly challenge him. I've got a bit of an audience base for a couple of my C Span prank calls; you do it and I'll spread the word.

YouTube has always allowed you to block comments. It's useful for pure spam, but gets abused by too many pussies who can't stand to take any criticism.

I made it through about half of this before I couldn't take any more. Our brains being fundamentally big chemical soups implies that we can't trust our thoughts? What the fuck? Even ignoring that there is by no means agreement amongst atheists that our minds are just the chemical processes in our brains, I'd say that we could trust our thoughts all the more knowing a bit of chemistry. Chemical laws and reactions are enormously regular, and provide fantastic basis for second-order knowledge about how we act and form mental states, like belief and motivation. I'd say that a materialist point of view is superior in this respect than one involving a soul: at least we know what the chemicals are up to!

Grr, this violation of my discipline vexes me. Even more so than his slights against the rest of science in general. I'd say I can't watch anymore, but it's like a bloody train wreck.
