So according to the neo-Nazi party and various other supremacist groups, the Jews are apparently an inferior race. Presumably, this means that they're dumber, less moral, weaker, less capable, etc.

Yet they also claim that the Jews secretly control everything; the government, the banks, wars, oil, etc.

So...

1. The Jews are apparently inferior to the Aryan race

2. The Jews apparently control everything and keep it all a secret from the supposedly superior and smarter Aryan race.

Am I seeing a silly contradiction here?

Most Nazis and Neo-Nazis thought/think that Jews are physically weak and are generally cowardly, but are extremely conniving and are fairly intellectual. They also thought/think that most Jews were essentially parasites. So, it wasn't nearly as much of a contradiction as you think, because the Jews didn't get to where they were through physical force, but on deception and cunning.

That's how a lot of such ideology works: the vilified and demonized group attained its power through brute force (in which case they're usually portrayed as stupid, such as African leaders for most white people prior to the 1930s) or through deception and intellect, as with the Jews for the Nazis.

Note that the Jews were not portrayed as "honorably intelligent", rather they were portrayed as having a great aptitude of taking advantage of other people, for conspiracies and such. The portrayal wasn't that they worked up their way trough the ranks by being intelligent (which would be respectable), just by being dishonest, unhonorable and parasitic.

Going by Social Darwinist logic, shouldn't the logical conclusion of those two canards mean that since the Aryan race is continually 'controlled' by the Jews because the Jews are more capable (even if it's only people to people skills), the Aryans do not deserve to be the master race?

I always tend to think Neo-Nazis are bunch of idiots who saw the society as flawed and wronged out, and being wimps who can't possibly blame themselves or understand that forces greater than them are responsible for those problems, they find a scapegoat to simplify those problems as one big conspiracy and then attacking it. Jews are simply the most convenient.

When I was a boy I was taught to think of Englishmen as the five-meal people. They ate more frequently than the poor but sober Italians. Jews are rich and help each other through a secret web of mutual assistance. However, the followers of Ur-Fascism must also be convinced that they can overwhelm the enemies. Thus, by a continuous shifting of rhetorical focus, the enemies are at the same time too strong and too weak. Fascist governments are condemned to lose wars because they are constitutionally incapable of objectively evaluating the force of the enemy.

So, yes, a contradiction, and one integral to the failings of fascism.
