Well as a few may know my other job is bieng a Union Steward.
Last week I spent two days in a federal mediation class, Where we were taught "Interest Based Problem SOlving". basically it's designed to reduce the amount of Us verses them mentality within the workplace/negotiantions.
While it's an excellent tool for labour negotiantiions. Over here in SDN it would be ridiculed as anovious consolidation of fallacies.
Appeal to Emotion is the highest authority.
