Actually, the Nazis incorporated a lot of neo-paganist nature rites into their ideology, and mass tree-plantings were common fare for the Hitler Youth and the BDM (German Girls' League).

In fact, just a couple of years ago, some Germans were chagrined to find a patch of forest that had been planted with two different types of trees during a 1930's youth retreat. The trees were planted in an arrangement that made a swastika that would be apparant from the air during fall-- the swastika trees were of a type that changed brilliant colors while surrounded by a field of mundane evergreens. A private pilot saw a bright orange-yellow swastika while flying over a forest and the Gov't went in to uproot the grove, saying that they found these for years after the war and some still pop up from time to time...

Torchlight festivals and nudity rites of the Hitler Youth Movement were also designed to recall Druidic tribal bonding rituals, and much of the hard-corp beliefs centered around the belief in the superior peasant morality of the simple peasant or Bauer.

I've got some cool info on modern radical green-front movements that have been influenced by this stuff, I'll try to dig it up.

But the Libertarian angle is something odd, most Libbies I know believe that the government should be pared back to almost nothing, which goes against the whole Socialist grain. More proof that Nazis don't know their asses from a hole in the ground.

For the sake of mentioning it, Nazi is merely the german abbreviation for National Socialist, so technically the Nazi party is merely an economic party like the communists. However, noone sees it this way, so I digress.
