Anyone have a Fortran 90 compiler?

Or know how much one costs to buy?

Just want one so I can work at home on class program assignments.

Thanks

My physics department has one on their central machine that I compile stuff with remotely. Doesn't yours?

Hm... I didn't even realize they had finalized Fortran 9x. sonovabitch. I really liked Fortran 77 when I took it in college. How does 90 compare?

Shit, it's up to 95, now. You're behind the times. :)

Anyway, Fortran90 allows you to comment stuff and has a built-in square root function, which I don't think were present in 77.

The GNU people have a GPL Fortran compiler that'll do Fortran 90. I don't know if it's available for Windows but it should be available for Linux.

Don't some colleges still teach it as an introductory language or something?

Fortran is still extensively used for scientific computing.
