encourage space commercialization
If you could have the goverment pass a few things to encourage space commercialization what would they be. NASA is already offering money for new space prizes. How about selling advertisment space on the space station and space shuttle. Or how about a lottery system for a ride to the space station with the money raised going to help pay for the trip or new systems.
