I apologize if this has already been posted, but I found no mention of it when I searched through the archives.

Enjoy.

HaHa! Someone put up a link to dr.dino in the comments section! Listen to this lunatic:

"I was raised Seventh Day Adventist -- and I was told that before the flood the culture was very, very advanced; and dinosaurs were the results of genetic experimentation by these super-sharp antediluvians."

I just can't imagine that coming out of a person's mouth! Is that what the Seventh Day people really think? I've seen their churches around, but never even imagined......

When the dinosaurs attacked the ark.. I must admit, I couldn't stop laughing. That was truly the epitome of creationist stupidity...

Dinosaurs on Noah's Ark?

I like how it's a "verifiable scientific fact" that dinosaurs all drowned to death, simply because their heads are arched back.

What's funny is that even THAT is wrong. Not all dinos are found like that, and those that are were fossilized in habitats that were extremely dry. When dinos were dehydrated, the ligaments in their neck contracted due to lack of water. It pulled their necks back in an arched position. Ironically, the dinos dying in a so called "flood position" were actually in bone-dry deserts!

Ah, that felt good.

Personally, though, I think this is why all-powerful gods are boring. There's no excitement. You KNOW that "the LORD shalleth provideth thy protectioneth". No suspense whatsoever. The LORD Jebus'll obviously win, due to the omnipotence thing.

Yes, the Bible needed more LotR-esque battles.
and less moral ambiguity and relativity.

And maybe some kick-ass dragons, who breath a stream of constantly fusing hydrogen atoms to create the heat of the fucking sun, or some such technowankeresque bullshit. :P
