Well, for starters, it's pretty damn rare - like almost never - that human bits actually "rupture" from the bends. The damage caused by the bends is mostly on a cellular level, not dramatic exploding whole organs. When scuba divers DO get a lung rupture it's usually because they held their breath on the way up and the expanding lungful of air caused the destruction - which isn't the bends. The bends is nitrogen coming out of solution in the bloodstream, not a simple expanding volume of gas.

Are you talking long term or short effects? How do you define "high g"? In this in conjunction with increasing atmopheric pressure? And can you put your question in a little more context, I don't know of the episode you're referring to.

You talking about DBZ, arn't you ?If so, you shouldn't be expecting any kind of explanition that links it with any science.

The explanation is that Saiyans can adapt to anything Doomsday style (Such as how they double in power after nearly being killed), and the same applies to the high-g chamber, they increase it slowly and their body adjusts.

You're asking for a scientific explanation for DBZ? Seriously man, just watch the show. They violate the conservation law so many times in that series it just isn't funny.
