Of course. Cars were a toy of the rich in the 1910s, and very few people were richer than Kaiser Wilhelm II. Remember that Archduke Ferdinand was assassinated in his car in 1914. If the Crown Prince of Austria-Hungary had a car, surely the Emperor of Germany would have one too, right?

[I'm not saying that the car displayed dates back to before or during WWI, only that it's entirely likely that Wilhelm II had at least one]
