I should have posted this sooner but here it is, plain and simple:

I am doing homework regarding the discovery of the New World. I want as many references as I can get, quickly. I am mostly interested in the overall effects of the discovery of the New World. I don't have time to use Google to find the 1 good site out of the 204231312 hits or browse trough Wikipedia, going trough one biased site to another.

So, anybody who knows a good site regarding this and is reading this, please post the URLs. Pretty please with sugar on top.

Thank you, but I am not interested in the Viking whom discovered America but had little effect regarding the rest of history. I am interested at a more large scale of things, how the discovery of the New World changed things, how the New World was conquered, the economic effects, etc.

Have you tried your university or local library?

That's what I wanted originally. To be clear: this is homework what I am late with. Yeah, I am a lazy ass, I know.

I have already pulled trough most of the night reading various sources I can access online. To think that my work is barely two pages long. :( And still very incomplete to boot. :x
