Hey guys, I'm working on a research paper in my 431 POLS class (International Law), and my subject is the United States relations with Taiwan, and how that relationship affects the United States relationship with China. I'm not having problem finding sources for that, as the BSU POLS online library database is pretty extensive and I've found some good articles addressing it.
Here's my problem: I'm having a hard time finding sources that discuss the period after the ROC moved to Taiwan, say 1949-1971. I want to include some history to give my report some context, and while I can find the history, I can't find anything that isn't a website (my professor is not okay with website references). Do you guys have any good sources on the subject that you could recommend? Articles that are accessible online would be preferred as I'm stuck at home for health reasons for a little while, but anything helps.
