The Need for a AM&P Minimod

A failed experiment whereby board users were invited to advise the Senate, and instead attempted to replace the Senate.

The Need for a AM&P Minimod

Post by The Grim Squeaker »

Might I suggest for the Senate the need for a new or additional AM&P Mini-Moderator?
There's a lack of monitoring there as a whole over the past few years, no responses to PM's, lack of maintenance (misplaced threads for example), and while it is the least visited of the forums, I see no reason for it to be neglected if Beowulf lacks time, energy or inclination.

He who complains about the problem is assigned to fix it (Dilbert), I nominate Death. Seeing as he's one of the more active members of that forum it only makes sense to have him look after it.

Seconded. Death's all artsy and shit and he contributes often to AMP. One of you Admin types hook the brother from Israel up, yo.

The issue of AMP moderation has been taken care of. No, no new minimods. Simplicius is your new overlord.

Man, how many mods has AMP been through? It's like there's a curse on it or something.

If we follow the Hogwarts board model, more than likely a curse was placed on it by someone who always wanted to be the mod for AMP, but never got it.

I say we put Squeaker on the position, just in case.

Beowulf has been the mod there since I joined.

Among the previous mods were Enlightenment (asshole, though I bet if he were around now, he'd be a lot more popular), Kelly Antilles (legendary attention whore on a hair trigger), and an much younger Kuja, who got fired for...I dunno, something.

Failed to donate anything to the yearly Moderator Potluck we hold each year on March 30th in the surprised backyard of a randomly chosen board member. I mean who brings fucking ice to a pot-luck?

No more to the point chitoryu12, why did you revive a two week dead topic?

Wasn't this thread on, like, the top quarter of the page?

Unlike many, you have grown up and grown wiser.
