I think the problem here is that many of us probably don't know who the fuck he is. I haven't heard of him until the recent thread in the HOS but he seems to have curried much hate and derision from a number of members. Frankly based on his miserable performance in that thread he deserves something, don't know if it's quite ban worthy but I leave that to the more blood thirsty members of our senate.

I'll echo Stravo that I really don't know that much about him. I remember his name would pop up now and then in various threads. I don't remember anything of note, but he didn't seem to be making a major nuisance of himself either. As of late, he appears to be purposely trolling for some reason.

I'd say start off with a title, and then move onto a banning if it doesn't stick.

He's never been anything but a spammer and the few debates I've seen him take part in have generally gone down the shitter. He couldn't construct a logical argument to save his life and the trolling is rather obnoxious. Basically a low-level troll who has been under the radar until he started broadcasting loud and clear.

People have sarcastically used short elite speak phrases in their posts before and we haven't taken any action. I have yet to see anything ban worthy out of him, but by all means call a VI vote.

It's not like Dalton can't ban his ass if he gets really annoying.

The only reason I haven't posted one is that I'm not sure if the consensus is towards a ban or VI poll. There seem to be active adherents for both ideas so I was going to give it a bit however if any governor wants to post a vote and send me a notice then I think we've certainly confirmed a desire to poll for some form of punishment.

I've got an amusing idea. Give him one chance (via PM to someone) to explain WHY he doesn't think he deseres punishment. If its a good reason, ,we can pass on it. If not, then we punish him. Something severe, like long-term revoking of sig/avatar privelges, and maybe a custom title.
