[VOTE] Forum Reorganization

As discussed in this thread, we have come up with a new organizational structure for the forum based on the falling popularity of versus debates, as well as slow traffic in PST and PSW, plus the promotion of the History forum to full forum status. The below is the new proposed structure:

SCIENCE FICTION AND FANTASY
Science Fiction (formerly Other Sci-Fi)
  • Subforum: Pure Star Wars
    Subforum: Pure Star Trek
    Subforum: SW/ST
Fantasy
Fanfics
  • Subforum: Cleaned/Completed Fanfics
NON-FICTION
Science, Logic and Morality
  • Subforum: Debating Help
    Subforum: Library
News and Politics
  • Subforum: Famous Threads
History
Off-Topic
Artwork, Music and Photos
  • Subforum: Art Gallery
Gaming and Computers
  • Subforum: STGOD role-playing games
Adult Relationships & Sex Education

EDIT (The Chancellor): Vote will run for 7 days per 3.E.III, the current number of "active" Senators is 51. This is a Category A vote and will require a quorum of 26 and a 60% super-majority for passage
