Yep. No longer am I "Customer care specialist I" but I am now a Customer Care Specialist......II!!! increase in pay by about 2k per year (That's alot here in J-ville, relatively...), more responsibility (Now I can draft custom letters to customers, analyze escrow accounts without going to another II, take escalated calls (Yep, when customers say "I want to speak to your supervisor." You get me.
Personally, I think I should have gotten it before now, but I never met time in position requirements. Now to shoot for that senior/manager spot coming open in 6 months.
