I agree with Cmdr Smi: if you want to jerk off to porn, goto a porn site. This is not a porn site, and I don't think the benefits of having breast shots available to all you kids outweighs treading the thin line of the board's TOS.

And Spanky, some wise dude once said: the Right Side is no different than the Wrong Side without a proper defense. Back-up your point, don't just repeat it over and over. Otherwise, you're no different than the newbie fucktards that come into here without a clue to opposing evidence. And it gives dumbasses something to nit-pick and pretend your improper retort supports thier argument.

My intentions have obviously been misinterpreted. Wongs webhost could get pissed and close the site down cause of the pr0n (and mutilation) fanfics or the nude pics thread. I Like this site, and DON'T WANT THE WEBHOST TO CLOSE IT. Depending on the webhost's idea of porn, the nude pics thread, and other things may also be IN VIOLATION of Wong's terms of service.
In terms that Spanky can understand. SD.net going down = bad. porn = good. porn + sd.net = no more sd.net cause of ToS. ToS not violated if there is some free wankfest forum.

Ooops, time to bring out the edits.

To start: I realize that this webhost won't allow proper pr0n, just titties. My solution: new forum that is linked to, at one of those free forum thingies. All non-gay wanking matierial (Kelly's fanfic, Ask kelly questions, naked pictures, most anything else kelly posts) will then be there. As convinient as this is, the webhost could decide to be a jackass and for a couple tits in the forums the site goes down. Bad.

No, no porn forum. You can't verify the ages of people coming onto this board. And if somebody were to complain, the whole "But judge, I didn't know she was underage!" excuse wouldn't work. Even a link to a porn forum could be sufficient cause for the webhost to shut the board down. (Especially since even the act of transmitting porn to minors is sufficient cause for prosecution in some states, California for instance.) If you want porn, there are billions of pornsites out on the Internet. There's no point in risking the board being shut down just because some people are too lazy to look for their own wanking material.

Additionally, the naked pictures thread is really going overboard. Sure it's fun, I'll be the first to admit that, but it is definitely against the TOS, even if it's just tits (and some of the pics really push even that limit.)

The 200000000 Questions thread for Kelly sits in that gray area though.
