Good Riddance to the Carr Brothers (And the media too)

The verdict is in for these subhuman pieces of slime.....DEATH ON ALL
COUNTS in their QUADRUPLE Murder case....

Strangely enough, this case was as sickening as the one a few years
ago in which a black man was dragged to death by some rednecks, but
nary a peep has been heard from the national media.....

WICHITA, Kan. — Brothers Reginald and Jonathan Carr were found guilty Monday of four counts of capital murder for the execution-style killing of four friends two years ago in a snow-covered soccer field.

Reginald Carr, 24, and Jonathan Carr, 22, were convicted for the Dec. 15, 2000, deaths of Aaron Sander, 29; Brad Heyka, 27; Jason Befort, 26; and Heather Muller, 25.

The most notorious of the brothers' crimes involved the events of Dec. 14-15, 2000, when they entered a Wichita home and forced the two women and three men inside to engage in sexual acts with each other and to withdraw money from ATMs.

The women were repeatedly raped before the five friends were taken to the soccer field and shot.

Befort's girlfriend, then a 25-year-old teacher, survived being shot in the head and ran naked through the snow for a mile to get help.

The Carrs were with their attorneys as the verdicts were read. Reginald Carr was in shackles, as he has been throughout much of the trial after reportedly threatening deputies.

The brothers did show any visible reaction when the verdicts were announced.

The Carrs also were convicted of first-degree murder for the Dec. 11, 2000, shooting of Wichita symphony cellist Ann Walenta.

Reginald Carr also was convicted in the Dec. 7, 2000, robbery in which Andrew Schreiber was abducted and forced to withdraw cash from ATMs before his abductors left him unharmed. However, Jonathan Carr was found innocent in the crimes against Schreiber.

Each brother faced the same 47 counts for the nine-day crime spree, with Reginald Carr facing an additional three counts for being a felon in possession of a firearm.

Prosecutors told jurors the two armed intruders separated the five friends during their ordeal and they feared that if they attacked one intruder their friend would be harmed.

Lawyers for each of the brothers, meanwhile, sought to blame the other for the crimes. Jonathan Carr's attorney said Jonathan was innocent of some of the crimes and Reginald was the leader in the quadruple murder. Reginald's attorney contended that the most DNA evidence pointed to his brother.

A total of 97 witnesses testified, including five for Reginald Carr, during the nearly two-month trial. More than 850 pieces of evidence were admitted.

Verilon you completly missed Shepperds point the fact is while these fokes did horrible HORRIBLE things they recivced barley any press covarage denocing them(And I belive Jessy Jackson raised money for thier defense, I think not sure) Meanwhile some Drunken hicks drag somone to death and its all over the news

While these sickos kill four after having them all raped and a varity of terrible things

This case reminds me of the rape-killing of Jesse Dirkhising.

Hope both these fuckers' executions are badly blotched. Wonder if Kansa's still hangs people?

It's such bullshit; Matthew Shepherd gets like four TV movies and a fucking play, yet Jesse Dirkhising, killed with even greater brutality, barely gets acknowledged in the media. It pisses me off.

There are certain "protected classes" within the Fourth Estate (Media)

Some channels and didn't have a single word about it until it was brought to there attention that they where being directly accused of bias in the case and even then only after channel 10 finally acknowledged it something like two years later. The general response seem to have been, "we didn't have time" Yeah, right. I'm sure thats why it got nothing and the MS case got hours of airtime within single weeks.

The one good thing the Talaban did was to specifically target reporters.

Every single time anyone points out bias in media, the talking heads nod and wink to the audience as if the person bringing it up is crazed, yet time and time again as we see in this case it is obvious that the media has some kind of agenda in their stories. They probably did not want to focus on the story because it feeds into some of the nastiest racial prejudices about blacks, especially young black men...TOO FUCKING BAD. It's news and just because it flies in the face of established liberal ideals, does not make it any less newsworthy.

I have always taken what they say with a grain of salt. But don;t we all have agendas? I have more respect to those that come out and say they have an agenda and are open about it than those that try to hide obviousl ones...badly.
