Ah, Shep has skillfully managed to avoid the simple fact that there's no way your average university student could hurl a brick fast enough to cover the 20m between him and the guards and turned it into discussion about gun-owning and the usual shit.

Well done.
Personally I liked the French rioters in the 60's who really were rioting for starters. And were pulling up the nice flat paving stones from the road and sidewalks and hurling them discus style and the police lines.

Look up those riots on the web to see a situation where force is justified.
