Whenever I go into one of the forums, I have to refresh it to see the new posts, and whenever I go into a thread, I have to refresh it to do the same.

Your ISP is probably routing port 80 traffic through a transparent proxy server in order to reduce its bandwidth. Proxy servers often have aggressive caching routines and a manual refresh may be required in order to force it to retrieve updated data.

Hmmm...let's try that again. Your ISP is feeding you previously saved copies of SD.net to save on bandwidth, and it'll only give you up to date copies when you hit "refresh". Anime movie, near-hentai. There is a woman in it who gets pregnant during the movie, then becomes very very powerful (supernatural like) as her pregnancy begins to show. There's this assassin who is (I think, I havent seen it in a while) trying to stop this treaty from being signed between our world and the Beast world, which exists in another dimension. The woman is from this Beast world and is partnered with a human as bodyguards for this short guy who is important to the treaty.
