I've noticed that this board has a very wide range of knowledge in things musical, so I have a question. The answer is going to help me with an Xmas gift for the gf.
Which of Metallica's albums are considered to be their best? I know they have the sell-out and napster-killer labels to deal with, but, what can I say? The gf still loves 'em.
I'd like to get her at least two, possibly three, so I guess a top 3 would be appropriate.
Thanks for the help!

...And Justice for All
Whether "Lightning" or "Justice" is better depends on tastes. "lightning" has way better guitar riffs while "Justice" has better drumming, both of them have key signature Metallica songs on them. "Master" is considered the definitive Metallica album, it has the best combination of aggression and musical maturity, it completely kicks ass.

Lusankya: Deal!
Say, do you want it to be a threesome with your wife? Or a foursome with your wife and sister-in-law? I'm up for either.
