For exapmle, I was thinking of something like an awards ceremone that goes on every few months, where members vote on who here is most likeable, wierdest, or which newbie was most pokeable, stuff like that.

I'd be happy just to see all the software wierdness and bugs--particularly the 24 hour session cookie problem--fixed, but that's more a matter for the phpBB people than for this board.

A sex forum would be pointless unless the mods aggressively ensured that all sex-related threads eventually found their way there. And, I think a pure tech forum was suggested a while back. Doesn't look like the idea went over very well back when it was suggested either.

Well, an awards thing wouldn't be needed to done on its own forum, could be done here and if it was to be done, it should be done once a month, IMO.
