Question on Briggs and Stratton engine...

Well, I finally got around to working on the go kart today... Just one minor snafu...

I forgot what the proper position on the internal governor arm thingie was suppost to be... Is it supposed to be 90 degrees hanging down or something else?

Any help on this would be appreciated...

(btw, I'm not an engine repair newbie, it's one of the hobbies I have, but as with anything, if you let something sit for several months and you don't use some of the skills involved for the same period of time, you're bound to forget something...)
