For the past two days I've been about 2.5 hours away from my computer competing in Academic Decathlon in Beeville, Texas. While my team as a whole didn't do very well I got a perfect 1000 on the speech and got the 1st place medal for it, got 4th place in Language and Literature and 5th place in Social Science out of the about 30 other students competing there.
WOO WOO!
