A cd got stuck in my cd-rom drive, and didn't set into the tray. Now my drive won't open. Any suggestions?

There is the pinhole eject, if you haven't tried that. You might have to take the whole thing apart though.

Do you really, really need the CD? In that case, buy a new drive, and open up the old one to ge the CD out. Otherwise, just buy a new drive...

Yes, try the pinhole eject first, My cd drive used to conk out on me so lots of times, I had to use the pihole eject to get the CD's out. I found out later it was due to my power supply cable to the CD drive.
