Woman on top, with the water moderately deep so that you can lie back and she can grip the sides of the bathtub for support. You should be able to finger her ass in this position while she grinds on you. Mind you, it helps to have a slightly oversized tub.

And on that note, at my company we're going to start selling jacuzzi's and such and these large wooden bath tubs you can have outside, we put together two bottoms for those today, 180cm in diameter they are, thats quite big, several people would fit easily.

Some of the Jacuzzi's also have "molds" that one can lie in.
