When should the elderly's driver licenses be revoked?

IMHO there should be mandatory testing for all drivers young and old.

Actually it is quite easy...set up missiles down the road and take out all elderly drivers as they come down the road. then get a bulldozer to push the wreckage off to the side for later disposal.
