As a fan of the manga but not the anime, I think it's a fucking hilarious summary of how the American version of the show plays out. I think you'll like it whether you love/hate the show; it's too true either way.
Planetnamek's founders, Skullmac and MrE, were getting jacked repeatedly by hosts. They lost several thousand dollars in the process of finding a stable home for the website, and eventually gave up. They've been gone for over a year now, and this site is now the place where old PN forum members hang out.

That's too bad. PN had a lot of pretty cool information. Regularly visited it back when I was into DBZ (this was during the Saiyajin and Frieza sagas on CN).
