Darth Wong did a similar thread about ten years ago and I've decided to do something similar. Just list the films you've seen over the last ten years or so. As in the old thread here's a list of films released in the decades

Tron Legacy
True Grit
Best: The King's Speech
Worst: Prince of Persia. Not outright BAD but still not a good film

The Hobbit: An Unexpected Journey
The Hunger Games
The Woman in Black
John Carter
Snow White and the Huntsman
Pirahana 3DD
Prometheus
The Bourne Legacy
Argo
West of Memphis
Best: The Avenger (for fun), but if you want to talk about serious West of Memphis, a heartbreaking story of a real life injustice.
Worst: Pirhana 3DD. None of the charm of the original
Most Overrated: Skyfall. Technically brilliant but the plot was ridiculous even by Bond movie standards
Most Underrated: John Carter. This film wasn't a masterpiece but it was plenty fun.

The Man From Uncle
American Ultra
The Martian
Trumbo
Spectre
Pawn Sacrifice
Star Wars the Force Awakens
Best: Force Awakens. Not high art by any stretch but I had a fun time despite the problems
Worst: SPECTRE. There were good ideas buried there but it was doing to much and the twist was straight out of Austin Powers.
Most Overrated: Spectre. Really was trying to do too much at once.
Most Underrated: The Final Girls. A spoof of slasher films with surprising emotions
Most Rewatched: Force Awakens

Most Rewatched: Endgame

What films have you watched this decade

Re: What films have you watched this decade
I think I watched about 400-500 movies from the 2010s, but that is including some short films (like the masterpiece that is less than 30 minutes long Little Witch Academia short film). It is hard for me to rate the best movie of each year but we had a lot of good movies but fewer masterpieces if compared to previous decades. My movie of the decade is In This Corner of the World.
Re: What films have you watched this decade
Funny... after 2014, I stopped seeing as many movies....

Me: Nope, that's why I have you around to tell me.
Nitram: You -are- beautiful. Anyone tries to tell you otherwise kill them.

Re: What films have you watched this decade
I honestly can't remember them all, though I haven't seen many the last couple of years. But I'll give "Best of the decade" to Mad Max: Fury Road, with honourable mentions for Lincoln, The Last Jedi, Official Secrets, Guardians of the Galaxy, Infinity War, and Day of the Doctor (tv special, but also screened theatrically).

Re: What films have you watched this decade
Another movie that's in the Underrated. Roland Joffe's the Forgiven. It's a brutal look at apartheid south africa's reconciliation process, with Forrest Whitaker and Eric Bana as the main actors. What's impressive is that it manages to make a loathsome character genuinely tragic to the point that you can't excuse his crimes but you can understand WHY he became the man he was.

'You're a princess from a society of immortal warriors. I'm a rich kid with issues. Lots of issues.'
'No. No dating for the Batman. It might cut into your brooding time.'
'Tactically we have multiple objectives. So we need to split into teams.'-'Dibs on the Amazon!'
'Hey, we both have a Martian's phone number on our speed dial. I think I deserve the benefit of the doubt.'
'You know, for a guy with like 50 different kinds of vision, you sure are blind.'

Re: What films have you watched this decade
If we're talking theatre then I stopped going around 2013 and my interest in movies and media entertainment has gone down quite a lot since then. I downloaded a few movies and watched them, some of the marvel movies for instance, though I found myself fast forwarding. Fury Road is perhaps the only movie I clearly remember and not forwarding through, it was good. If i keep pondering I might remember something else.
