I have just started going to a wrestling club here in town. They have a ring and everything. Boy, what a work out!

I would love to continue with this as a hobby. I think that I have the size for it. I am 6'3", 240 pounds and I have been a body builder for a while now?

Any of you people wrestle here?

Do you consider brazillian jujitsu to be wrestling. That's what I like to do but I'm hardly ready for any shows, tournaments or competitions.

I wrestle a lot...with my cuddly girlfriend...and the sad part is she usually beats me if I play fair. This winter was great for wrestling with all the snow on the ground, we could throw each other around and do stuff like body slams and even suplexes into big snowbanks without getting hurt. We've got the back-body drop figured out pretty good too.

Awww...poor baby...too bad you're older, slower, and weaker than me.

It gets even more fun and unfair when my sister joins in and we double team him, but it's all in good and we have a good snuggle afterwards to help heal his hurt feeling.

In the sparring club that used to be at uni I generally used either aikido (rarely) or nasty grappling techniques that work well. And I was without doubt the biggest fucker there, 6'6" and 260lbs at the time.

I wrestle backyard, and I'm about the same size as you. I've been doing it for about 5 years or so now. It's a lot of fun. We don't really get hurt to badly. My best friend brough his arm once doing a fame-asser though.

Not really, I wanted to in high school, but they didn't have a team, I joined a wrestling day camp once when I was a kid. I have to learn some reversals, and I'd just love someday to be able to pull a Boston Crab on somebody, not easy as he's not gonna sit there and let me do it.

I used to wrestle when i was a kid, then i started playing proper sports like Kick Boxing and Rugby untill i snapped every fucking ligament in my left knee, Now sport is a wee bit beyond me.
