My German foreign exchange student did something similar. He had a website at www.digital-power.net (looks like he sold it now), and he put a portion on there which was just an advertisement, which if you tried closing it, it opened like four more windows of itself, and if you tried closing those, it opened like eight more windows, etc. etc. He then placed that ad as the starting page for all the computers in the library, and a bunch in classrooms too. It kept a lot of kids from doing homework and stuff. The librarian decreed that anybody who went to digital-power.net would be banned from using the computers, but of course that didn't work.
And you may ask yourself, 'Where does that highway go to?'
