Question for USAF members.

Im currently watching something on the History Channel about Military Police of all the services. They are showing the training for USAF MP's and where ever this place is, there is a row of what look like real F-105 Thuds ?

Anyone seen this? Are they just static displays?

That is at the Lackland AFB Annex in San Antonio. I was there during the summer of 2001 and am quite sure I remember seeing those planes. They are of course static displays.

Actually, I have seen them as well, although it has been a while, but I vaguely remember what you are talking about.

Are they at the main gate?

Yeah, they have four of them on static display IIRC.

So are they mockups or real Thuds that just have the insides removed?
