I tried to link to there once. It worked when I selected preview, but of course, when I submitted, it turned into something awful. Luckily I was able to delete that post very quickly.

From reading people's comments about the site I think the people who own it don't take kindly to links to their site. It also sounded like they may have hacked into this site and changed Mr. Bean's avatar picture so I think it's probably a good idea to keep these two sites from being conected.

It was on purpose but not with malicious intent. I was thinking most of those pictures were funny and that people here would get a kick out of them. Which is why I stuck them in several different threads so quickly.

I hadn't ever been to that site before and someone emailed it to me while I was here and well let's say that's when the rectal cranial inversion began.

After reading what has happened in the past I can see why people got upset and if you, and a few other people thought I was doing it on purpose, I don't think the anger was unwaranted.

I'm pissed at my self because I usually have a rule against linking to other people's stuff just because of bandwidth issues.

The obvious answer would be to block the word somethingawful. It can still be referred to (as two words), but any inadvertent link would be disabled. I know that many board types have this capability. Does this one?

There were some pictures from this Friday's Photo Shop Friday's that had some doctored stuff from Lord of the Rings that were pretty good.

There was also an Admiral Akabar as Christ stained glassed window that
I had linked to in the Testing area where "Jesus Christ" had made an appearance.

One picture I think was of Legolas taking over for Samuel L. Jackson in Pulp Fiction. The other was of Nazi tanks rolling through Hobbitton and the French surrendering.

Did the ones I posted come up that way? Even when I went back through to edit them they were still coming up to me as the original pictures. If that is something that kicks in so fast NO FREAKIN' WONDER everyone was going balistic so quickly.
