Azeron about mike and SDnet, guess what the empire is a work of fiction, Mike's like or dislike of it therefore does not reflect on his views, (except of course his view on who wou;ld kick whoose butt, ST or SW) and this board is about peoples views, outside of SW vs ST as well as within.

If you took Fictional likings and applied them to real life views, well I'd be worried every time I went into Gamesworkshop (The Fascist, Fundamentalist regime is the good guy, and some of the others are truly evil, if this was a refelection on the true values of the people there I wouldn't leave alive)

That's the only specific example I can think of right now. There have been several other threads where he's taken moderate points of view (i.e. suggestions that a particular viewpoint should be questioned, and critically analysed) and distorted them into active opposition (ala Dubya's "If you're not with us, you're against us" rhetoric)
