I'm glad to see Kuwaitt paying the bill for this kid. I hope he gets a better life in Canada than what he's received so far.

If the kid is adopted by an Ontario doctor, there's a pretty good chance he'll wind up living in Toronto, which is where most of the visible minorities in the province live. I can't help but wonder what I would say to this kid if I ever met him.
