Ok, this is the third time this has happened to me
I get into a debate in a yahoo group, eventually, it gets OT and either I see this and take it to E-mail or the mods step in and say "Stop/take it off list"
The instant I do, the person debating/arguing with me blocks my e-mail and/or claims I am 'harasing' them and tells me to stop.
At what point did it/does it become harasment?

Well, that's subjective. But I wouldn't consider it even borderline harassment until the one person has stated his unwillingness to continue the discussion and you continue regardless. EDIT: As a matter of fact, in an E-mail debate I'd keep up the mails until either a concession or an agreement was offered.
