Which is, to all intents and purposes, fucked up beyond repair, after too many years of mismanagement by politicians who have little to no grasp of basic requirements of medical facilities, and certainly no practical experience of working in one.

Unfortunately, due to the current crop of fuckwits that our great populace has voted in to office, the only way it can go is downwards.

The current semi-private system will leave the health service in as deep a shitpile as the railways.
